Club Rentals

Use of the Clubhouse

The clubhouse may be used by TPCC club members for the benefit of Club members at the discretion of the President.

The clubhouse may be rented only by Club members for private functions or parties at the discretion of the President and with the knowledge of the Board of Governors. Members must sign the Rental Agreement. The clubhouse is available for rental only while water service is on (normally April 15 through October 15).

The Renter must follow the cleanup and lockup guidelines posted in the kitchen. The Member Renter must be in attendance for the entire function and is responsible for the Clubhouse and its contents during the rental period.

Rental Agreement and Rules for Renting TPCC Facilities

Touisset Point is the land bordered on the South by Mount Hope Bay, on the West by the Kickemuit River, on the East by the Coles River, and on the North by Barton Lane. Primarily a summer community for many decades, it is now the year-round home for most residents. The Touisset Point Community Club serves its members as a place for them to gather and enjoy each other’s company, and is instrumental in forging long-lasting friendships and a warm community spirit.

Insurance Requirements

All Renters must provide a certificate of insurance showing personal liability coverage in an amount not less than $500,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, at least 7 days prior to the event. If alcohol is being served, the renter shall also provide a certificate of general liability insurance, including host liquor liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage.
