Family membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. Senior Couple Membership – $200 + $140 Capital Fee = $340: Provides all services for a couple whose head of a household is 65 or older and his or her spouse/partner (no children). Senior Couple membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. In addition to membership fees, members at this level are subject to Capital fees as necessary for the purchase of land or other capital expenditures as identified and agreed to by the Board, currently $140. Single Membership – $200 + $140 Capital Fee = $340: Provides all services to a single person (no children or spouse) who is under 65. Single membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. In addition to membership fees, members at this level are subject to Capital fees as necessary for the purchase of land or other capital expenditures as identified and agreed to by the Board, currently $140. Senior Single Membership – $175+ $140 Capital Fee = $3315: Provides all services to a single person (no children or spouse) who is over 65 single membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges.
