Membership Type

Family Membership – $270 + $140 Capital Fee = $410: Provides all services for one family (Dual or Single parent) whose head of household is any age. Family membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. In addition to membership fees, members at this level are subject to Capital fees as necessary for the purchase of land or other capital expenditures as identified and agreed to by the Board, currently $140.

Senior Couple Membership – $200 + $140 Capital Fee = $340: Provides all services for a couple whose head of a household is 65 or older and his or her spouse/partner (no children). Senior Couple membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. In addition to membership fees, members at this level are subject to Capital fees as necessary for the purchase of land or other capital expenditures as identified and agreed to by the Board, currently $140.

Single Membership – $200 + $140 Capital Fee = $340: Provides all services to a single person (no children or spouse) who is under 65. Single membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. In addition to membership fees, members at this level are subject to Capital fees as necessary for the purchase of land or other capital expenditures as identified and agreed to by the Board, currently $140.

Senior Single Membership – $175+ $140 Capital Fee = $3315: Provides all services to a single person (no children or spouse) who is over 65 single membership is considered a full membership with all social privileges. In addition to membership fees, members at this level are subject to Capital fees as necessary for the purchase of land or other capital expenditures as identified and agreed to by the Board, currently $140.

Communications

TPCC Extra is the Club’s primary method of communicating relevant club information to members.Occasionally we send additional emails from Recreation related to both child and adult recreation events. You’ll receive your username(s) to our Member portal and will be added to our email mailing lists within 5 business days. By applying as a member, you are consenting to have your email address(s) added to our mailing lists. You can manage your email subscription preferences anytime through our Member Portal or by emailing help@touissetpoint.org. Please add the domain touissetpoint.org to your email whitelist to ensure you receive club communications.

Next Steps: Once you hit submit, an email will be sent to you with your completed application. Once complete, submit the information, print out the confirmation email with your information and return it along with your check made payable to Touisset Point Community Club.
