Recreation Project Proxy Vote

The proxy form below should be utilized ONLY if you CANNOT be at the opening meeting in person on June 22, 2026 at 6:30pm. We encourage you to make every effort to attend in person, as proxy votes DO NOT count towards our quorum.

In order for the vote to take place, a minimum of 50 voting members MUST be physically present at the clubhouse to establish a quorum. If a quorum is not achieved, the vote cannot proceed.

Please use the form below to cast your vote on the TPCC Recreation Project. As a reminder, each Voting Member shall be entitled to one vote, with a maximum of two votes per household membership. If you are a household with two votes, each household member MUST submit a separate proxy form.

Please submit your proxy vote using this form before it expires on Sunday, June 21st at 12:00 AM ET.

If you prefer to submit your proxy vote in person, please submit to the secretary, Lisa Spear, at 1 Sea Gull Way before 5pm on Sunday, June 21st.

Please Note: on Monday, June 22nd, after the motion and a second is called, the floor will be opened for debate in person. At this point, the motion will not change but, questions and discussion will be allowed.

The motion is as follows:

To approve the Recreation Project as presented, by the Board of Directors at a duly called meeting on June 14, 2026 including, without limitation, the reconstruction of the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, related site improvements, drainage work, and associated expenditures; to include the requirement that the project be designed and implemented in a manner that protects and preserves the community’s well system and mitigates risks associated with the current degrading courts; and to authorize the Board to proceed with the project to completion with the funding plan as outlined in the meeting materials.
